Shipping policy
Little Twista is based in New Zealand and ships both within New Zealand and internationally. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing
- Orders are usually processed within 2 business days of receipt, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.
- During new season launches or store-wide discounts, processing times may increase to 5–7 business days due to high order volumes.
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
- Please double-check your shipping address; we are not responsible for un-delivered parcels due to incorrect details.
New Zealand Shipping
- Courier shipping (1–3 business days) is $10.80 NZD
- Deliveries to rural addresses may take extra days and are charged at $16.50 NZD
- PO Boxes are not accepted; a physical address is required.
- Tracking information is provided once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking and Delivery Issues
- All orders are dispatched with tracking.
- Little Twista is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect delivery details.
- If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us promptly and we will assist in lodging an enquiry.
General Information
- No order changes or cancellations can be made once an order has been placed.
- Orders cannot be combined for shipping purposes due to our fast dispatch process.
