Please read before ordering

We make every effort to ensure our product descriptions are as detailed and accurate as possible, including sizing charts, garment lengths, and colour guidance.

If you have any questions about sizing or fit, please contact us at hello@littletwista.com before placing your order. If you are unsure, we recommend sizing up, as children continue to grow and larger sizes provide additional garment length.

Please note:

  • Do not base sizing on past Little Twista releases, as our size charts have changed over the years
  • Pattern placement, fabric texture, and minor construction details may vary between garments and are not considered faults
  • Colours may appear slightly different due to lighting and screen settings
  • Small buttons and decorative details may present a choking hazard. Adult supervision is recommended at all times.

Change of Mind Returns

Due to the limited and exclusive nature of our collections, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering errors.

For change of mind returns, we are happy to offer store credit only, provided that:

  • The item is returned within 21 days of purchase
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • All original tags are attached
  • The item is in resaleable condition

Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Store Credit

  • Store credit will be issued to the value of the original purchase price, excluding shipping
  • Credits are provided as a digital gift card emailed to you once the return has been received and approved
  • Store credit must be applied at checkout before completing your order
  • We do not offer direct exchanges, as we cannot guarantee availability of sizes or colours when returns are received
Sale and Promotional Items
  • Sale, clearance, discounted, and promotional items are final sale
  • These items are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit unless they are found to be faulty under the Consumer Guarantees Act

Faulty Items and Consumer Guarantees

We are committed to meeting our obligations under New Zealand consumer law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

If you believe an item you have received is faulty, damaged, or does not meet consumer guarantees, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the issue.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a remedy in accordance with the CGA. This may include a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the fault.

How to Return a Faulty Item

Please follow the steps below so we can resolve the issue promptly:

  1. Email hello@littletwista.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where possible
  2. Wait for return instructions before sending anything back
  3. Once received, the item will be inspected by our team
  4. If the item is confirmed as faulty, we will arrange a replacement where available or issue a refund
  5. If the item is not deemed faulty under the CGA, you may choose to have it returned to you at your expense or disposed of

If an item is confirmed as faulty, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as unsolicited returns cannot be processed.

  • Please include your name and order number with all returns
  • All returns must be sent via tracked courier, as our address does not accept standard postal delivery
  • Little Twista is not responsible for items lost in transit
  • Returns can only be processed once the item has been received and inspected

International Returns

Little Twista is pleased to accept returns from international customers in accordance with the guidelines in our Returns Policy. Please note the following additional information for overseas orders:

Return Shipping Costs

  • For change of mind returns, international customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • If an item is confirmed as faulty under the Consumer Guarantees Act, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, where possible.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees paid when your order was delivered are non-refundable.
  • Little Twista cannot reimburse these charges for returned items.

Processing Times

  • Returns from international locations may take longer to arrive and process due to shipping and customs clearance.
  • Please allow extra time for inspection and issuance of store credit or replacement items.

Tracked Shipping Requirement

  • All international returns must be sent via a tracked courier.
  • Little Twista is not responsible for items lost in transit.

  3. Include your name and order number inside the parcel.
  4. Use a tracked courier to return the item to the address provided.
